From there, you’ll be immersed in the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments that restore balance and calm. Sessions can be held in your home or in an outdoor setting surrounded by nature. I’ll provide instruments, bolsters, mats, and supportive props so you can fully relax and receive. Evening sessions under the stars are also available by request. This journey is perfect for stress relief, emotional clarity, team bonding, or celebrating with loved ones.
